The Roman Catholic Church, which is by far the largest of these twenty-two Churches, is the most prominent. The other twenty-one ritual Churches being significantly smaller than the Roman Catholic Church are not as well known. In Our Lady Of The Sign Catholic Church we exercise one of these twenty-one ritual.
The Divine Liturgy is the offering of the Body and Blood of Christ and is the central act of worship. It is celebrated in many different ways. Language and wording have changed with time and locality. Today English is used in U.S. churches. The wording is based on the Eastern originals.
